Relaxacia came to us ready for a fresh start. As a luxury wellness marketplace, their existing look didn’t reflect the quality or experience they offered. With a website redesign already planned, it was the perfect time to overhaul their branding—logo, fonts, colors, and more—to create a calm, elevated identity that truly matched their products.

Discovery & Brand Vision

We started by getting clear on Relaxaxia’s vision—not just as a seller of high-end wellness products, but as a leader in the space for education and exceptional customer service. The goal was to create a brand that felt luxurious yet welcoming, aligned with their premium offerings like saunas, hot tubs, and steam showers.


Logo & Identity Design

We began with the logo, aiming to build something rich with meaning—grounded in the brand’s values and aesthetic. From shape to symbolism, every element was intentional (see diagram below). We wanted it to feel elevated, but still accessible, striking the right balance between sophistication and warmth.


Refinement & Brand System

Through extensive rounds of exploration and revision, we dialed in on the right fonts, color palette, and brand voice. Once the final logo was chosen, we presented Relaxaxia with multiple style and color variations to ensure flexibility across print, packaging, and digital touchpoints.


Outcome

With a completely reimagined brand identity, Relaxaxia now has a look and feel that aligns with the luxury and care behind their products. The new logo and visual system have already received enthusiastic feedback from their team and close network, and they’re excited to bring it to life on their upcoming website. The foundation is set for a strong, confident launch that speaks directly to their ideal audience.
