Process

Discovery & Strategy

We kicked things off by digging into the brand—what Atlas stands for, the industries they serve, and the unique value they bring to real estate, hospitality, and beyond. Our early sessions focused on clarifying their messaging and identifying where visitors needed the most support in understanding how virtual tours work and why they matter.

Content & Messaging

We shaped the content to do two things: clearly explain the different types of virtual tour services offered, and show how those services help businesses stand out. The tone is confident but friendly, leaning into simplicity without watering down the expertise. We also wove in real-world use cases to help make the tech more tangible for first-time visitors.

Design & Interactive Features

The visual approach was clean, professional, and built to let the immersive work speak for itself. We used large imagery, subtle motion, and thoughtful spacing to create a sense of depth—mirroring the feeling of a virtual walkthrough. A streamlined booking flow and CTA-driven layout make it easy to get in touch, no matter where someone is on the site.

Build & Integration

On the backend, we focused on speed, SEO, and ease of use. The site is fully responsive, and we integrated custom scheduling features to align with Atlas’ team calendar. We also made sure the CMS was flexible, so the team could update content and publish new tour examples without touching code.

Outcome

The finished site gives Atlas Virtual Tours a sharp, modern presence that reflects the innovation of their work. It’s designed to inform and inspire, with a strong user journey that moves from curiosity to conversion. Since launch, the site has improved lead quality, reduced friction in the booking process, and helped establish Atlas as a go-to name in the virtual experience space.
